posto numero uno

"And then we don't know what could happen". (page # 5)

To me, this sentence really is the perfect summary of immigration. Most of it is chance. Even the most carefully laid plans can collapse with the slightest provocation, because anything can go wrong. And something inevitably does. Immigration is risky at best- even when (le gasp) it is done legally. Illegal Immigration is even more difficult and dangerous.

  2. wow, good job. You packed a lot into a small paragraph, and i had to read it twice. yes, the last sentence is a given, but i think you could have elaborated on it more, and shown examples of why this is true. nice work. ~J
